Kristin Ruthig: Branch Manager, Escrow Officer
Kristin Ruthig brings more than 23 years of escrow experience. She specializes in residential sales, resales, refinances, short sales, REOs, and reverse mortgages.
Kristin is known for her steady approach, strong attention to detail, and clear communication. She guides agents and clients through every stage of escrow with confidence and care. Her priorities include proactive updates, accurate compliance, and a calm closing experience. She is especially skilled at managing complex or time‑sensitive transactions.
Throughout her career, Kristin has been an active leader in the escrow industry. She served four terms as President of the North San Diego County Escrow Association. She also spent ten years on the Board of the California Escrow Association and is a commissioned Notary Public.
Kristin is originally from North Carolina and Michigan. She has lived in North County San Diego since 1998 and values community, consistency, and long‑term relationships. Outside of work, she loves cats and enjoys football Sundays.
